Delivery deadlines

Except for the end of stock, orders will be sent as soon as possible and you will have the product in the following terms:
Peninsular Spain: from 24 to 72 hours business days.
Balearic Islands: from 24 to 72 hours business days.
International shipments: from 1 to 5 business days.

Returns

The products marketed on the website growtrades.com grant the right of return within seven (7) days after receipt of the order, provided that they are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging; after this period we can not accept returns.

If the customer is not completely satisfied or has changed his mind about the product within seven days of receiving the order, he can request the return of the product, after notifying GROWTRADES; You must return it to our warehouse, freight prepaid inside its original packing, without having used it.
